Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use the Nova X Ventures website, our free tools and our agency services.
These terms apply to your use of novaxventures.com, our free tools and the services provided by Nova X Ventures (“we”, “us”), a digital growth agency based in Lahore, Pakistan. By using the website or hiring us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Our services
We provide paid ads management, search engine optimisation, web development, video editing and guest post placements. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written proposal, quote or agreement. If that document conflicts with these terms, the project document applies.
Quotes and payments
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
- Work starts once the proposal is accepted and any agreed advance payment is received.
- Invoices are due by the date shown on them. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
- Ad spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta is separate from our fees and is paid by you directly to the platform unless agreed otherwise.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback and the access we need to do the work, such as website logins, ad accounts or brand files. You confirm that any content, images or materials you give us are yours to use or that you have permission to use them.
Results
Search rankings, ad performance and sales depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, competition and market demand. We commit to doing the agreed work to a professional standard, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.
Guest posts
Publisher metrics shown in our marketplace are provided for guidance and can change over time. Final publication, link placement and how long a post stays live are decided by each publisher. If a paid post is not published, we will offer a replacement site or a refund for that post. Content must follow each publisher’s guidelines and must not be illegal, misleading or harmful.
Revisions, cancellations and refunds
Each proposal states the number of revisions included. Extra revisions or changes to the agreed scope may be billed separately. You can cancel a project in writing at any time. Work completed up to the cancellation date and any non-refundable third-party costs remain payable. Advance payments for work not yet started are refunded on a fair basis.
Intellectual property
Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables created for you, such as website files, ad creatives and edited videos. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, methods and any third-party assets, which are licensed to you as needed for the project. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Free tools
Our free tools, including DevNova, SEONova, Nova Drop and the SERP snippet preview, are provided as they are, without any warranty. Results are estimates and should be checked before you rely on them. You must not use the tools for anything illegal, to upload harmful files or to try to disrupt our servers. We may change, limit or remove any tool at any time.
Website use
The content on this website is owned by Nova X Ventures and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information, logins and data confidential and only use them to deliver the agreed work. You agree to keep our pricing and proposals confidential.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith, and if it cannot be resolved, it will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The version in place when you accepted a proposal applies to that project.
