How Nova X Ventures collects, uses and protects your information when you use our website, free tools and services.
This policy explains what information Nova X Ventures (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit novaxventures.com, use our free tools or work with us, how we use it and the choices you have. Nova X Ventures is a digital growth agency based in Lahore, Pakistan.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a contact form, sign up for our newsletter, book a call, order a guest post or message us by email or WhatsApp, we collect what you send, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, website and the details of your project.
Information from our tools. Most of our free tools, including DevNova and the SERP snippet preview, run entirely in your browser and do not send what you type to our servers. Some tools need to process data on our server to work. For example, SEONova fetches and checks the URL you enter, and Nova Drop stores the files you upload so they can be shared. We only use that data to run the tool for you.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting servers automatically log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We use these logs to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote or proposal.
- To deliver the services you hire us for and to send invoices.
- To send our monthly newsletter, if you signed up for it.
- To run, secure and improve our website and free tools.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We use trusted providers to run our business, such as our web hosting company, email provider and WhatsApp. They process information only on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. Some tools load small resources from third parties. For example, the SERP snippet preview loads site icons from Google so the preview looks real. Links to other websites, including guest post publishers, are covered by those sites’ own policies.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet legal and accounting requirements. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Files and data processed by our tools are kept only as long as the tool needs them and are then deleted.
How we protect your information
We use secure HTTPS connections, restricted admin access and reputable hosting to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe.
